Asian Steak Salad. A healthy vegetable packed steak salad with an Asian Sesame Lemon Dressing. Ready in 15 minutes and perfect for dinner or lunch.
This Asian steak and salad is one of my favourite salads to make when I want something quick, delicious and packed with a lot of fibre and protein. In fact, it's the best Asian steak salad recipe I've ever made and I'm super thrilled to share it with you!

My Asian Steak Salad is very easy to make and you can really swap out any vegetables with ones that you prefer more but that dressing is so key to this salad!
The dressing is sweet with a sesame lemony flavour. It's one that I created for my Sesame Mandarin Salad and I love having it! So easy to make and now you won't need to buy dressing at the store ever again!
Now I know there are so many Asian steak salad recipes online but mine is quick, easy, healthy, delicious and will truly hit the spot! Sometimes less is more especially when it comes to cooking. So I hope you give a try!

1 serving
- β cucumber sliced
- Β½ yellow bell pepper diced
- Β½ orange bell pepper diced
- 6 romaine lettuce leaves, chopped
- 1 small tomato, sliced
- 1 marbled flank steak
Asian steak salad dressing:
- 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp mustard
- Juice of 1 lemon
- Β½ tsp sesame seeds
How to make an Asian grilled steak salad
- Prepare your vegetables as listed above and place them into your serving bowl.
- In a jar, add your ingredients for your dressing, seal it and shake until the ingredients are mixed well.
- In a hot pan, add oil. Season your steak with salt on each side. Add it to the hot frying pan. Fry on each side for 3 minutes over medium high heat. This will make the steak medium rare. If you prefer a more cooked steak, cook it for 5-6 minutes until well done.
- Slice your steak into bite size pieces and top it onto your salad. Add the dressing and enjoy!
Notes
You will have leftover dressing. Keep the rest in a mason jar and it should last you for a month in the refrigerator. This way you can save it the next time you make my fillet steak Asian salad.
