Banana Mango Smoothie Chia Bowl Recipe (Vegan)
Serves 2 | Prep time: Overnight or 3-4 hours
3 tbsp chia seeds
1 cup oat milk
1 tsp maple syrup
3 frozen bananas
1 cup frozen mango
In a resealable jar, combine chia seeds, oat milk and maple syrup. Whisk until seeds are evenly distributed. You may need to whisk ten minutes later to loosen the pudding. Store in refrigerator overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
In a high power blender, blend bananas, mango and ocean blend powder until thick and creamy.
Add smoothie and chia pudding to bowl and top off with your favourite toppings.
