Banana Mango Turmeric Smoothie. Delicious, healthy, and creamy. This smoothie is vegan and dairy-free. Great for breakfast.
My mango banana turmeric smoothie is packed with Potassium thanks to the banana. As well as, fiber due to the oats. This bowl also helps battle inflammation as it contains turmeric.
Did you know that turmeric contains Curcumin which is a natural substance that helps battle inflammation from the body that could stem from poor diet, stress or other factors?
According to Healthline, “Curcumin has powerful antioxidant effects. It neutralizes free radicals on its own but also stimulates your body's own antioxidant enzymes.” It’s also been found to boost levels of the brain hormone BDNF, “which increases the growth of new neurons and fights various degenerative processes in your brain.” [Source: Healthline]
