Hope you all had a great Labour Day weekend. This one felt extra long, productive and restful! I think what made a huge difference was going to bed on time and waking up early on the weekends. I’m a big night owl so weekends are my weakness where I fall into the trap of waking up super late wasting a lot of my day. Have you ever tried normalizing your sleeping schedule to your work week?
To kick start the morning, I made this simple Blueberry Chia Smoothie. The smoothie is filled with powerful antioxidant blueberries, peaches, pineapples, strawberries, banana, Earth’s Own almond milk, and water. The chia pudding is composed of chia seeds soaked in almond milk and Canadian maple syrup overnight. It provides a ton of fiber in a glass.
Well I hope you enjoy this recipe and if you do, please share it with your family and friends.
