I love these curry and chicken meatballs so much! The curry flavour in these really make this a winning dish for any meal. They're also amazing for meal prep.

These curried chicken balls are incredibly easy to make and only require one additional step after you roll the meatballs. You just have to roll them into some breadcrumbs, which is totally worth it! The breadcrumbs really take these little meatballs to the next level!
The preparation time for these curried chicken balls only takes about 15 minutes and another 25 minutes in the oven.

MARINARA CHICKEN MEATBALLS
For this recipe
You will need the following ingredients for this curry chicken meatballs recipe:
- 1 lb ground organic chicken meat
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon organic curry powder
- 1 teaspoon oregano flakes
- ¾ cup bread crumbs, reserve ¼ cup for coating
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoon avocado oil
- 1 jalapeño finely chopped
How to make Curry Chicken Meatballs
- Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
- In a large mixing bowl, add in all your ingredients - reserving ¼ cup of breadcrumbs for later. Mix the ingredients together with your hands.
- Pinch off a piece of the meat mixture and gently roll between your hands to form 1 ½-inch meatballs (about 2 tablespoons each).
- Lightly coat your meatballs in remaining breadcrumbs. Place them on a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 minutes. Serve with your favourite sauce and enjoy your chicken meatballs with curry
