Chinese Veggie Lo Mein. Delicious, healthy and packed with vegetables. This recipe is great for dinner and only takes 30 minutes to make!

My Chinese vegetable lo mein recipe is super easy to make and is a great addition to any meal especially if you're looking to increase your vegetable intake! It's packed with vegetables like gai-lan or chinese broccoli, bell peppers, and bean sprouts.

Chinese Veggie Lo Mein

Growing up my mother used to make all sorts of noodles but lo mein was definitely a hit within our family. And now I'm sharing this recipe with you so you can have vegetable lo mein at home!

You can of course adjust the amount of sodium in this recipe to your liking and reduce the amount of Oyster or Vegetarian Stir Fry sauce to lower your salt intake.
