This is one of my favourite lettuce wrap idea! I love the flavour of curry shrimp on these wraps with that creamy garlic aioli. It's easy to make and actually takes very little time.
I also added some red bell peppers, a squeeze of lemon juice and fresh coriander on top which is optional for this curry shrimp lettuce wraps recipe.
These curry shrimp and lettuce wraps are really simple to make! It's also a great way to get the whole family involved in constructing their own wraps as they can be customized!

You will need the following ingredients for my delicious shrimp lettuce wraps:
- 7 leaves of romaine lettuce, washed and dried
- 21 wild caught shrimps, peeled
- ½ red bell pepper, finely diced
- 1 tablespoon parsley, chopped
- ¼ teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon garlic, minced
- ¼ teaspoon curry powder
- 2 teaspoon avocado oil
- ¼ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon black pepper
Garlic Aioli
- ¼ cup mayo
- Juice of ⅓ lemon
- ½ teaspoon garlic, minced
- Sprinkle of paprika powder
How to make Curry Asian Lettuce Wraps
In a skillet set over medium heat, saute garlic in avocado oil.
Toss in shrimps and season with curry, turmeric powder, salt and pepper. Fry until cooked or pink through.
In a small bowl whisk together vegan mayo, minced garlic, lemon juice, and paprika powder.
Add shrimp to lettuce wraps, top off with chopped bell peppers, parsley and garlic aioli. Serve and enjoy these curry fried shrimp lettuce wraps!
