Dill Potato Fritters. Crispy, dill-flavourful potato morsels of heaven! This is a great appetizer or side dish. Great for hosting a party or making ahead for meal prep.
The taste of the fresh dill and onion with those crispy shredded potatoes is honestly a flavour explosion! It's like a mini potato latke but with dill and in mini form so it's easier to eat! That's why they would make a great party appetizer.

These dill potato fritters are very easy to make if you don't mind grating (you can use a food processor to make the process faster). I also love that these little fritters are easy to flip in the frying pan and cook much faster than potato pancakes.
What's a potato fritter?
It's basically shredded potato mixed with flour, a combining agent like egg, salt fried in some oil.
Can I freeze potato fritters?
Yes, you can even freeze these little fritters in a resealable container or bag and whip them out when you're ready to cook them in the pan or oven. You may need to defrost them a little bit but I wouldn't let them totally thaw or they could lose their shape and become a pile of mush!
