Asian Garlic Bok Choy Recipe (Vegan)
Serves 2 as a side
Ready in 10 minutes
4 stalks bok choy, sliced in half
2 tsp avocado oil
2 tsp garlic, minced
2 shallots, chopped
1 tbsp sesame oil
1 tbsp soy sauce
Optional: hot pepper flakes
In a wok set on medium heat, fry garlic and shallots in avocado oil. Add bok choy flat side down.
Drizzle sesame oil and soy sauce. Then add water and cover to steam for 5 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
Optional: sprinkle with hot pepper flakes.
