Today I’m sharing a tasty gluten and dairy-free Chocolate Crepe recipe that can be easily prepared in a blender. These crepes are also naturally sweetened with maple syrup. Crepes are a great breakfast idea. They’re light, delicious and can be paired with any fruit. They’re also pretty simple to make. You just need a good light non-stick pan or a crepe pan. The trick to also making a good crepe, is being quick to swirling the batter once it hits the hot pan.
