Gluten-Free Strawberry Oatmeal Bar. Delicious and very easy to make! Made with 7-ingredients and they are also dairy-free and vegan.

These strawberry oatmeal bars are so tasty served warm with some dairy-free whipped coconut cream as a dessert or as a healthy snack bar.
My strawberry oatmeal bar recipe is incredibly easy to make and if you're lazy like me, you can mix all the ingredients inside the baking pan so you don't have to wash extra dishes lol!
Lately I've been trying to create more gluten-free recipes using oats. I love how oats are so fibrous and nutrient dense. Because these contain some healthy oats, this would serve well as a strawberry oatmeal breakfast bar!
These also keep me fuller longer and don’t cause my sugar levels to spike thanks to the oats!
I hope you give my healthy strawberry oatmeal breakfast bars a try! Don't forget to check out my other recipes below for more dessert inspiration!

They are locally grown in Ontario greenhouses but they are certified pesticide free which is amazing! This post is also not sponsored by them but I truly love their berries so much and I had to share about them.

These are such a good idea for strawberry season! I love anything in bar form because that means less time standing in the kitchen scooping balls of dough out haha!
