GUACAMOLE RECIPE (VEGAN)
Serves 2 cups | Ready in 1 hr and 15 mins
3 ripened avocados, peeled & pitted
1/2 red onion, chopped
1/2 vine tomato, chopped
Juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp salt
Add all ingredients into your food processor and blend until smooth.
Place into a resealable reusable container. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour (best overnight) to allow the flavours to set. Serve with tortilla chips or veggies.
