    Berry Banana Hemp Smoothie

    I've been on a huge smoothie kick and I try to have them for breakfast to start my day right! I always find that when I have a smoothie in my system, I always feel better mood wise and I have more energy to tackle the day!

    In this hemp berry banana smoothie bowl are frozen cherries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, frozen bananas, hemp seeds, and organic spinach. I’ve topped this bowl with fresh mint, pitaya and more berries!

    Have you ever tried hemp seeds or hearts? They’re a fantastic way to get in your extra protein and Omega 3s and 6s! Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids are essential for two purposes respectively: for cognitive and behavioural function and reduction of low-density cholesterol.     How to make a hemp berry banana breakfast smoothie

    1. Blend all your smoothie ingredients together. Pour into a bowl.
