I've been on a huge smoothie kick and I try to have them for breakfast to start my day right! I always find that when I have a smoothie in my system, I always feel better mood wise and I have more energy to tackle the day!
In this hemp berry banana smoothie bowl are frozen cherries, blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, frozen bananas, hemp seeds, and organic spinach. I’ve topped this bowl with fresh mint, pitaya and more berries!
