Kimchi Sweet Potato Fries Recipe (Vegan)
Serves 2 | Ready in 45 mins.
2 large organic sweet potatoes, sliced into thin fries
2-4 tbsp avocado oil
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup Kimchi, chopped
1 cup Tofutti vegan sour cream
1 stalk green onions, finally chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Slice potatoes into thin fries. Spread evenly over lined baking sheet. Drizzle oil, salt and garlic powder over top. Massage spices and oils with hands into fries. Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Top with vegan sour cream, kimchi, and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy.
