These no bake energy bites are naturally sweetened with dates so they are refined sugar free! They are also very easy to make if you have a food processor.

My collagen matcha energy balls are tasty with the matcha flavour and you can't even taste the collagen if you're concerned about that.
This matcha energy bites recipe contains collagen. I've been trying to incorporate more collagen into my diet and this is one of the easiest ways. According to Healthline, Collagen has the following benefits: promotes skin health, healthy joints, and nails as well as gut health! Also, they contain omega-3 fatty acids thanks to the hemp seeds.

For this recipe
You will need the following ingredients for my collagen matcha energy ball recipe:
- ½ cup roasted almonds, finely processed
- 1 cup pitted medjool dates
- ½ tablespoon matcha powder
- 2 tablespoon marine collagen
- 3 tablespoon hemp seeds
- 2 tablespoon coconut oil
- 3 tablespoon maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut flakes
Required: food processor
These collagen matcha energy bliss balls are made with: roasted almonds, Manitoba Harvest hemp seeds, Soar Organics matcha powder, Organika Health marine collagen powder, maple syrup, Nutiva coconut oil, and Camino Amigo coconut flakes.
These little bites will give you the perfect energy pick me up!
How to make Energy Balls
- In a food processor, finely process your almonds. Next add medjool dates and hemp seeds into your processor and blend until combined.
- Add matcha powder and collagen powder. Process until combined.
- Add coconut oil and maple syrup and blend again. Remove mixture from your processor.
- With your hands, roll 1 tablespoon of the mixture into a mini bite. Roll each bite into coconut flakes. Repeat process.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour in a sealed container to set. But if you’re impatient like me, you can eat them right away.
