    pineapple fried rice

I love this pineapple fried rice recipe. It is one of my favourite things to eat especially when I'm craving rice and I want it done quickly.

You can add any protein you'd like to this Hawaiian pineapple fried rice. Such as a fried egg, shrimp, chicken, or pork for some extra flavour. I actually share a Chicken Pineapple Fried Rice version here.

Traditionally, this Chinese pineapple fried rice is usually served inside a pineapple for aesthetic. But ain't nobody got time for that! Unless you're looking to please your guests.
