Apple Brie Cheese Sandwich. A delicious, filling, sweet brie and apple grilled cheese sandwich. Great as a snack, dessert or meal. My version is made with cinnamon raisin toast and it's absolutely delicious!
If you love sweet Brie cheese with bread or crackers, you will definitely like this brie cheese and apple sandwich.
This isn't your typical sandwich, it's like a "dessert" sandwich because it contains sweet ingredients like apples, cinnamon, pecans, brie cheese on cinnamon raisin toast.

I remember my dad making something similar for me awhile back when I was a kid. He loves cinnamon raisin bread so much! Something about cinnamon and the raisins stuffed inside soft bread makes it a divine treat even on its own. My brie and apple grilled cheese sandwich is made with store bought cinnamon raising bread so don't worry you don't need to whip out the bread maker for this one!
My healthy apple and brie sandwich is also wholesome thanks to the apple and a tasty meal. It works well as a snack too - great for the family and for vegetarians.
