Dill Cheese Pasta for One. Quick version of mac and cheese with some fresh herbs.  Perfect for lunch or as a side. Takes 15 minutes from start to finish.

My dill cheese pasta recipe has a hint of cheese with the delicious taste of dill and butter.  It's a very simple, light, non-saucy pasta so to speak.  And it's one of my favourites when I feel like something savoury but I don't want to spend 30 minutes cooking it.

    Dill Cheese Pasta for One

Next to spaghetti, macaroni is my favourite pasta.  It's got a great texture and it reminds me of my childhood.  I recall when my mom would boil me macaroni in a soup broth with vegetables and seafood.  It was quick to make for a family of five.  Macaroni was the hero when my mom would run out of ideas or if her kids and husband kept complaining that they bored of her meals (oh my poor mom!)

Now I know there are so many cheese and pasta recipes but this one is super easy, quick to make and it's a single serving which is great if you don't want to make a huge batch of pasta!
