Garlic Roasted Fries with Sriracha Vegan Mayo. Delicious crispy fries that are oven-baked and easy to make. They're a great side dish or appetizer.
These oven roasted garlic fries are a healthy way to have your French fries because they're baked and not fried in the deep fryer. Not that there's anything wrong with that! It's just nice to have options.
Sometimes when I’m really craving potatoes I make these with Sriracha Mayo. It’s so yummy and flavourful! I seriously don’t have any other words for them. I could have this alone as a meal and call it a day!
This oven roasted garlic fries recipe are also so easy to make but of course the fun task of peeling and slicing are needed. But after that, it's smooth sailing to Fry Island!
With this recipe, you can now have garlic fries at home and you won't ever need to step out to purchase them! In fact, I don't really remember the last time I've bought fries from outside.
