This smoothie contains 4 simple ingredients making it a quick drink for breakfast, dessert or as an afternoon snack. Since the berries are blended up, the only ingredient you need to slice up are the peaches. Sourcing local peaches and berries are the key to a great tasting smoothie along with delicious vanilla gelatin-free yogurt. This is also a wonderful way for kids to get their calcium and fibre intake in a tasty way.
