Hope you are all doing well! I love breakfast taters. There is something so savoury and hearty about having well-seasoned crispy potatoes in the morning. They are also very easy to make from the comfort of your own rather than buying the store-bought kind that may not contain wholesome or clean ingredients.
For this recipe, I am using Red organic potatoes EarthFresh, organic spices and organic olive oil. I love using EarthFresh potatoes because they are one of the only organic potato brands accessible to me at the big box grocery stores. They are dedicated to the environment and sustainability.

SPICED BREAKFAST TATERS RECIPE (VEGAN)
SERVES 4 AS A SIDE | PREP TIME 15 MINS | COOK TIME 30 MINS
7 medium EarthFresh Organic Red Potatoes: Best for Roasting, unpeeled and small diced
3 – 4 tbsp. organic olive oil
1 tbsp. garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp turmeric powder
Required: one – two lined baking sheets
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Prepare your ingredients above. Small dice your potatoes. Add potatoes onto a lined baking sheet. Season with spices and oil. Using your hands, massage the spices and oil into potatoes until evenly coated.
Spread taters on a baking sheet in a single layer ensuring there is space between each one. You may need a second baking sheet. Bake for 30 minutes until crispy and golden, flipping them over at halfway point baking them for another 15 minutes.
Remove from oven. Serve immediately and enjoy!
