Turmeric Chia Pudding Recipe (Vegan, Dairy-Free)
Ready overnight or in 3-4 hours
6 tbsp organic chia seeds
2 cups oat milk or any plant-based milk of your choice
2 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/4 cinnamon powder
pinch of black pepper
In a resealable glass jar, whisk together chia seeds, oat milk, vanilla extract, and maple syrup until seeds are evenly distributed. You may need to whisk again 10 minutes later. Stir in turmeric, cinnamon and black pepper until dissolved.
Seal and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-4 hours until seeds have absorbed liquids. Serve with fruits over top or with some smoothie.
