Vegan Bell Pepper Avocado Hummus Sandwich Recipe
Ready in 10 minutes
2 pieces whole grain bread
4 slices of red or orange bell peppers
Handful baby spinach
1/2 avocado, sliced
1 tbsp Follow Your Heart vegan mayonnaise
1 tbsp hummus
Toast your bread. Spread vegan mayo on one slice of toast and hummus on the other side. Layer on top with fresh slices of bell peppers, spinach, and avocado. Enjoy!
