VEGAN CHOCOLATE CHIA PUDDING RECIPE
Serves 1 large serving | Ready in 3-4 hours
3 tbsp organic chia seeds
1 cup chocolate nut milk of your choice
1 tsp vanilla extract
Optional toppings: strawberries, blueberries, coconut flakes
Required: mason jar or resealable jar
In a resealable jar, add your ingredients except for toppings. Whisk the chia seeds so they are dispersed. Wait another 10 minutes for chia seeds to settle and whisk again. Seal the jar. Store overnight in fridge or at least 3-4 hours.
Serve with your desired toppings. Enjoy!
