Vegan Garlic Butter Mashed Cauliflower Recipe (Dairy-free)
Serves 3-4 as a side
Ready in 20 mins.
1 cauliflower head, chopped
1/2 tsp garlic powder
3 tbsp vegan butter
1 tsp salt
Pinch of black pepper
4 tbsp of reserved cauliflower cooking water
Required: Immersion Blender and Pot
Boil your cauliflower in hot water for 15 minutes until tender. Reserve 4 tbsp of hot water for later. Strain cauliflower. Add cauliflower back into the pot.
Add garlic powder, vegan butter, salt, black pepper. Using an immersion blender, blend until fluffy and smooth. Serve and enjoy!
