This pomegranate jelly and panna cotta is so silky and contains the perfect level of sweetness! It's not overly sweet if you're wondering. The pomegranate jelly top is so lovely and pairs perfectly with the coconut panna cotta.

As I mentioned above, my pomegranate panna cotta recipe not hard to make despite its appearance! You can even pour it into one mould or cup to simplify the recipes!

All you need for my panna cotta and pomegranate jelly recipe is coconut milk, maple syrup, agar agar powder, vanilla extract.
For the pomegranate jelly, you'll need fresh pomegranate juice squeezed from the seeds, Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction. It's 100% pure and organic and can be used for multiple recipes, such as a drizzle over ice cream, salads, yogurt. You can also pair this product with cheese and vegetables or use it as a finishing sauce on meat and fish.

For this recipe
You will need the following ingredients for my pomegranate panna cotta dessert:
Panna Cotta
- 1 cup coconut cream
- ½ tsp agar agar powder
- ⅛ cup maple syrup
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
Pomegranate Jelly Top
- ⅓ cup freshly squeezed pomegranate juice
- ½ tsp Red Crown Pomegranate Reduction
- ½ tsp agar agar powder
How to make panna cotta pomegranate jelly
Panna Cotta
- In a small pot, whisk together coconut cream, agar agar powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract. Bring to a boil and remove off heat. Pour into your mold on a flat surface. Do not touch it and let this set for 10 minutes at room temperature before moving to the fridge for another 20-30 minutes until it's firm to touch.
Pomegranate Jelly Top
- In a small pot, whisk together your freshly squeezed pomegranate juice, pomegranate reduction and agar agar powder. Bring to a boil and remove off heat. Pour into your mold set on a flat surface. Do not touch it and let this set for 10 minutes at room temperature before moving to the fridge for another 20-30 minutes until it's firm to touch.
- Carefully pop out your panna cotta and pomegranate jelly placing it over your panna cotta. Serve with fresh fruit.
