Quick & Easy Hoisin Beef Noodle Stir-fry

Hoisin Beef Noodle Stir-fry. Sweet, savoury chewy thick noodles with tender hoisin flavoured beef, gai-lan, and red bell peppers. A delicious meal for dinner or lunch ready in 30 minutes!

400 grams thick yellow noodles blanched 200 grams flank steak sliced thinly ½ red bell pepper sliced thinly 1 green onion finely chopped 2 cups gai lan sliced thinly with ends cut off 3 cloves garlic minced 1 tablespoon vegetable oil or any neutral oil
In a small bowl, combine noodle sauce ingredients. Set aside.
Marinate your sliced beef with the marinade ingredients for at least 10 minutes as you work on the other ingredients.
Blanch your noodles in hot boiling water for 30-40 seconds until loosened.
Strain immediately and set aside.
In a large pan on medium high heat, add vegetable oil and marinated beef. Cook the beef until 75% cooked.
Once the beef is mostly cooked, toss in your red bell pepper, gai-lan, garlic and green onions. Cook until the veggies have wilted.
Toss in cooked noodles with noodle sauce and mix until well combined.
Remove off heat and transfer to a large serving plate to enjoy!
