Egg in a Hole with Garlic Toast. Garlic toasted bread with a fried egg in the middle of it adorned with avocado. A delicious snack or breakfast.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 slice bread
  • 1 egg
  • vegan butter
  • teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ avocado peeled and sliced

Instructions
 

  • Rest your bread on a flat surface. Use a round drinking glass to create a hole in your bread.
  • Spread butter on your toast and the circular cutout and sprinkle some garlic powder on both sides. Then lay both pieces in a hot pan set on medium heat. Toast that side until golden brown.
  • Then flip your toast over and crack an egg into the hole. Allow the egg to fill the hole and fry until toast is golden brown and egg is cooked through. Feel free to use a lid to speed up the cooking time.
  • Serve with some avocado over top. Enjoy!
