Baked Garlic Onion Chicken Drumsticks

Garlic Onion Chicken Drumsticks. Flavourful garlicky chicken drumsticks coated with cornstarch and roasted with red onions. A delicious side for dinner. Great for leftovers or as meal prep. Ready in 40 minutes.

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line your baking sheet
  • Slice your red onion and line them on the pan.
  • Next place your chicken drums on top of the onions. Sprinkle garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper over top. Drizzle over top with avocado oil. Massage oil and spices with hands.
  • Next evenly sprinkle cornstarch over top.
  • Bake for 35 minutes, turning the drumsticks over half way. Serve immediately and enjoy!
