Pandan French Toast. A delicious french toast recipe packed with pandan flavors! A simple and easy recipe that is great for breakfast using minimal ingredients.

1 large egg ½ teaspoon pandan extract 1 tablespoon coconut milk whole fat or light coconut milk 2 pieces white bread use stale bread for best results 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter for cooking
First in a shallow bowl, whisk together egg, pandan extract, and coconut milk.
Then dip both slices of bread into the egg mixture. But do not over soak.
Next heat a large pan on medium heat and add butter or coconut oil. Pan fry the french toast on both sides until golden brown.
Serve with fresh fruit, more butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
