A delicious and easy vegan apple galette packed with sweet apple flavors with hints of cinnamon. A simple and easy vegan dessert to make when you don't feel like making a whole pie!
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add coconut oil, milk and maple syrup. Using a pastry blender or fork, combine your ingredients together. Knead the dough into a ball.
On a flat surface, sprinkle some more flour and roll out your dough ball into thin and flat. Transfer pie crust to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon and maple syrup until apples are well coated.
Add apple filling in the middle of the pie crust. Fold in the edges.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
