A delicious and easy vegan apple galette packed with sweet apple flavors with hints of cinnamon. A simple and easy vegan dessert to make when you don't feel like making a whole pie!

Ingredients
  

Pie Crust

Filling

  • 1 large McIntosh apple peeled and sliced
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon powder
  • 1 ½ tablespoon maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F.
  • In a large mixing bowl, whisk together flour and salt. Add coconut oil, milk and maple syrup. Using a pastry blender or fork, combine your ingredients together. Knead the dough into a ball.
  • On a flat surface, sprinkle some more flour and roll out your dough ball into thin and flat. Transfer pie crust to a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  • In a large bowl, combine sliced apples, cinnamon and maple syrup until apples are well coated.
  • Add apple filling in the middle of the pie crust. Fold in the edges.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown. Enjoy!
