Smoked Salmon Cream Cheese Croissant. Calling all smoked-salmon lovers! This quick and easy 5-minute sandwich idea is so delicious and hits the spot!

Ingredients
  

  • 2 croissants
  • 4 slices smoked salmon
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill chopped
  • 4 tablespoon cream cheese or as much as desired
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

Instructions
 

  • Evenly slice croissants in half. Transfer to serving plates.
  • Evenly spread a thin layer of cream cheese on both sides of the croissant.
  • Lay 2 pieces of smoked salmon into each croissant and season with as much black pepper as you like.
  • Sprinkle as much chopped fresh dill as you like into your sandwich.
  • Squeeze some lemon juice over the salmon. Cover the sandwich with the other slice of croissant and enjoy!

Notes

TIP: What to do with leftover dill? Wash, dry, and pack it in a plastic container or reusable ziplock bag. Then freeze it in your freezer.
