In a small pot, whisk together coconut cream, agar agar powder, maple syrup, vanilla extract and matcha powder.
Whisk this until there are no more matcha clumps left.
Bring to a boil and remove off heat.
Pour into your mold on a flat surface. Do not touch it and let this set for 10 minutes at room temperature before moving to the fridge for another 20-30 minutes until it's firm to touch.
Coconut Jelly Layer

Carefully pop out your panna cotta and coconut jelly placing it over your panna cotta. Serve with fresh fruit.
