A delicious 15-minute Shrimp Salad Sandwich! It’s like a Lobster Roll but much easier to make, affordable and just as tasty! Perfect for lunch or a light dinner
In a pan set over medium heat, add avocado oil and fry shrimp until pink through. About 3-4 minutes on each side.
Remove from heat and place into a large bowl. Cut into pieces (use kitchen scissors for ease).
Then add in celery, bell pepper and green onion with mayo with black pepper. Mix until well combined. Spoon into buns with some romaine lettuce. Serve and enjoy!
