In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour and salt. Sift in the matcha powder and whisk it into the flour mixture.
Then add in the wet ingredients. Whisk together until batter comes together. Do not over mix. It should be runny and not thick.
Grease a medium size pan (about 8-inches wide) with butter and a paper towel and bring to medium heat.
Once pan is hot, pour ⅓ cup into the pan. Swirl the batter to form a thin crepe. If you have a crepe spreader that would be the best tool to help flatten the batter. Fry until the bottom is cooked.
Flip over and fry on the other side until cooked. Repeat this for the remaining batter.
Enjoy with your favourite toppings, like nutella and fresh fruit (bananas or berries).
