Dairy-Free Vanilla Crepes. Delicious, soft, crispy around the edges crepes that are great for breakfast, brunch or dessert. Ready in 30 minutes.

Dry:

Wet:

  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 ½ cups oat milk
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil

  • In a blender, blend your dry ingredients until combined. Then add your wet ingredients and blend again until combined. The batter should be runny. If you don't have a blender, mix ingredients in a mixing bowl.
  • In a hot non-stick crepe pan or flat pan set on medium heat, lightly coat with coconut oil.
  • Then pour about ⅓ - ½ cup of batter onto the hot pan and swirl the batter around until it fills the pan.
  • Fry on each side until golden brown. Serve with your preferred fruit and toppings.
