Equipment

  • 8 x 8 inch baking pan
  • high powered blender

Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups rolled oats blended into a finely ground flour
  • 1.5 cups rolled oats left as is
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 1.5 cups fresh strawberries
  • ¾ cup vegan butter

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F.

  • In a mixing bowl, combine your finely ground oat flour, rolled oats, vegan butter, brown sugar, baking powder and salt. Using your hands, combine well.
  • Then pour your oatmeal mixture into a 8 x 8 inch greased baking pan. Press your diced strawberries into the batter and flatten with a spatula. Bake for 35-40 minutes. Enjoy!
