Vegan Kimchi Sweet Potato Fries
Kimchi Sweet Potato Fries. Delicious sweet potato fries baked and smothered in sour cream, tangy crunchy kimchi and green onions. A delicious snack or appetizer idea. This recipe is vegan.
- ½ cup Kimchi chopped
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 stalk green onion finally chopped
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Slice potatoes into thin fries.
Spread evenly over lined baking sheet. Drizzle oil, salt and garlic powder over top. Massage spices and oils with hands into fries.
Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
Top with vegan sour cream, kimchi, and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy.
