Vegan Kimchi Sweet Potato Fries

Kimchi Sweet Potato Fries. Delicious sweet potato fries baked and smothered in sour cream, tangy crunchy kimchi and green onions. A delicious snack or appetizer idea. This recipe is vegan.

Ingredients
  

Toppings:

  • ½ cup Kimchi chopped
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 stalk green onion finally chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Slice potatoes into thin fries.
  • Spread evenly over lined baking sheet. Drizzle oil, salt and garlic powder over top. Massage spices and oils with hands into fries.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes until crispy.
  • Top with vegan sour cream, kimchi, and green onions. Serve immediately and enjoy.
