Chinese Tofu Pudding. A delicious silken tofu in a sweet ginger sugar broth. A popular dessert served as Chinese dessert cafes. It's very easy to make at home and comes together in less than 10 minutes and it only requires 5 ingredients!
In a small pot, add 3 cups of water and bring it a boil. Then add ginger slices, Chinese Rock Sugar and brown sugar. Mix and lower to a simmer. Allow this to simmer for 10 minutes or until the sugar as dissolved completely.
Meanwhile scoop slices of the sweetened dessert tofu into serving bowls.
Once the sweet broth is ready, ladle some into each bowl. Enjoy immediately or serve cold.

Let's say you didn't buy enough tofu and you have leftover broth, don't discard it. Keep it in a sealed container in the fridge and it will last 4-5 days so you can have it again and again!
