Pandan French Toast (8-min. Recipe)
An easy, delicious and quick Pandan French Toast recipe! It's really simple to make and only requires 5 ingredients! This Pandan French Toast is perfect for breakfast or brunch. My toast is also dairy-free!
- 1 egg
- ¼ tsp pandan extract
- 1 tbsp oat milk
- 2 pieces bread use week old bread for best taste
- coconut oil for cooking
In a bowl, whisk together the egg, pandan extract, and oat milk. Dip your bread into the batter.
On a pan set on medium heat, pan fry your french toast on both sides until golden, approximately 3 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, vegan butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
