Pandan French Toast. A delicious french toast recipe packed with pandan flavors! A simple and easy recipe that is great for breakfast using minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 large egg
  • ½ teaspoon pandan extract
  • 1 tablespoon coconut milk whole fat or light coconut milk
  • 2 pieces white bread use stale bread for best results
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil or butter for cooking

Instructions
 

  • First in a shallow bowl, whisk together egg, pandan extract, and coconut milk.
  • Then dip both slices of bread into the egg mixture. But do not over soak.
  • Next heat a large pan on medium heat and add butter or coconut oil. Pan fry the french toast on both sides until golden brown.
  • Serve with fresh fruit, more butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
