An easy, delicious and quick Pandan French Toast recipe! It's really simple to make and only requires 5 ingredients! This Pandan French Toast is perfect for breakfast or brunch. My toast is also dairy-free!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 egg
  • ¼ tsp pandan extract
  • 1 tbsp oat milk
  • 2 pieces bread use week old bread for best taste
  • coconut oil for cooking

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, whisk together the egg, pandan extract, and oat milk. Dip your bread into the batter.
  • On a pan set on medium heat, pan fry your french toast on both sides until golden, approximately 3 minutes. Serve with fresh fruit, vegan butter and maple syrup. Enjoy!
