Garlic Butter Shrimp Udon. Chewy udon noodles in a buttery garlic chive sauce with bouncy chewy shrimp. This simple 7-ingredient recipe only takes 20 minutes!
In a large pot filled with water on high heat, bring it a boil. Then carefully lower your frozen udon noodles to blanch for 20 seconds. Once loosened, strain immediately in a colander and set aside.
In a large pan on low-medium heat, add olive oil. Add sliced garlic and fry for 10 seconds or until fragrant.
Increase to medium heat. Fry shrimp on both sides, until pink and curled - about 2-3 minutes. Next add in your butter and let it melt. Mix everything together.
Lastly toss in strained udon noodles and chopped chives and mix well. Once mixed, remove off heat immediately and serve. Season with salt.
