An easy Chinese Five Spice Soy Maple Glazed Chicken! It's so delicious, flavourful and you will be coming back for more! It pairs so well with steamed jasmine rice and leafy greens! Recipe adapted from Marion's Kitchen!
In a small bowl, whisk together marinade ingredients. Pour marinade over chicken and marinade overnight or at least 3-4 hours.
Preheat oven to 355 degrees F.
On a wire rack placed over a lined baking sheet, place your chicken thighs bone side down, skin side up. Bake for 10 minutes and baste with sauce. Then bake for another 10 minutes, baste with sauce. Then bake again for another 15 minutes until cooked through. Enjoy!
