Chinese Green Onion Sauce (7-min. Recipe)
Chinese Green Onion Sauce. Flavourful, versatile and easy to make! You can pair this vegan sauce with anything - rice, noodles, vegetables or meat!
- 1-2 cloves garlic minced
- 2 stalks green onions finely chopped
- ⅓ cup parsley finely chopped
- ¼ cup avocado oil
- 3 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp white or black pepper
Place your garlic, green onions, parsley or coriander in glass container.
In a small pot, pour avocado oil in and heat it until hot. Carefully pour the hot oil over your herbs. Then season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
