  • 1-2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 stalks green onions finely chopped
  • cup parsley finely chopped
  • ¼ cup avocado oil
  • 3 tsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp white or black pepper


  • Place your garlic, green onions, parsley or coriander in glass container.
  • In a small pot, pour avocado oil in and heat it until hot. Carefully pour the hot oil over your herbs. Then season with soy sauce, salt and pepper. Serve and enjoy!
