Chinese Green Onion Sauce. A delicious, aromatic sauce made of onions, garlic and coriander! You can use this Asian sauce on anything, from noodles, rice to meat! Easily made in 5 minutes with minimal ingredients.
Place finely chopped garlic, green onions, parsley or coriander in heatproof bowl (ceramic, glass or steel will work).
Heat vegetable oil or any neutral tasting oil in a small pot on medium-high heat. Once it begins to smoke, carefully pour the hot oil over the garlic, green onions and herbs.
Then season with regular soy sauce, salt and white pepper and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
To store: transfer the sauce to a resealable airtight glass container and store in the fridge and it'll last up to 5 days.
