Chinese Green Onion Sauce. A delicious, aromatic sauce made of onions, garlic and coriander! You can use this Asian sauce on anything, from noodles, rice to meat! Easily made in 5 minutes with minimal ingredients.

Ingredients
 
 

  • 4 cloves garlic minced
  • 4 green onions finely chopped
  • cups parsley finely chopped (or sub with coriander or green onions)
  • ½ cup vegetable oil or any neutral tasting oil
  • 1 teaspoon regular soy sauce
  • teaspoon salt
  • teaspoon white pepper or black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Place finely chopped garlic, green onions, parsley or coriander in heatproof bowl (ceramic, glass or steel will work).
  • Heat vegetable oil or any neutral tasting oil in a small pot on medium-high heat. Once it begins to smoke, carefully pour the hot oil over the garlic, green onions and herbs.
  • Then season with regular soy sauce, salt and white pepper and mix well. Serve and enjoy!
  • To store: transfer the sauce to a resealable airtight glass container and store in the fridge and it'll last up to 5 days.
