Asian Sesame Smashed Potatoes. Baby potatoes boiled and basted in a soy maple, sesame glaze and topped off with green onions and sesame seeds. It's a perfect side dish.

3 cups baby potatoes with skin on ¼ cup soy sauce ¼ cup maple syrup 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 stalk green onion finely chopped Sesame seeds for sprinkling Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil.
Boil potatoes for 15 minute until fork tender. Flatten potatoes with a masher or the back of a measuring cup.
Baste with soy sauce mixture using a brush. Sprinkle green onions on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Baste again.
Bake for another 10 minutes and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy.
