Asian Sesame Smashed Potatoes. Baby potatoes baked in a delicious sweet soy sesame glaze with green onions and sesame seeds. A quick and easy potato side dish.

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce, maple syrup, and sesame oil.
Boil baby potatoes for 15 minute until fork tender.
Place potatoes on a lined baking sheet. Flatten potatoes with a masher or the back of a cup.
Baste potatoes with the soy sauce mixture using a brush. Sprinkle green onions on top. Bake for 10 minutes. Baste again.
Bake for another 10 minutes and sprinkle sesame seeds. Enjoy!
