Easy 5-minute Chinese Soy Sauce Eggs

Chinese Soy Sauce Eggs. Crispy fried eggs simply seasoned with soy sauce and sesame oil. A super quick and minimal recipe that comes together in less than 5 minutes.

  • Heat vegetable oil in a large pan on medium high heat. When the oil is hot enough, crack eggs in the center of your pan. Once the eggs have developed their shape, reduce to medium heat.
  • Fry eggs until they develop crispy brown edges and the whites are set while the yolk is still runny. Then drizzle sesame oil over top for extra flavour.
  • Drizzle regular soy sauce over the eggs or transfer the eggs to your serving plate and then pour the soy sauce over top of the egg. Enjoy over steamed rice with optional add-ins.
