Easy Tuna Pasta Salad (25-min. Recipe)

Tuna Pasta Salad. A delicious creamy side dish that only takes 20 minutes to make. It’s perfect for lunch, meal prep or even dinner.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 crown broccoli chopped into bite size pieces
  • ¼ cup red onion finely diced
  • 2 stalks green onion finely chopped
  • 1 cup mayo
  • 2 canned tuna
  • 250 g pasta medium sized sea shells
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Prepare your ingredients as listed above. Start by boiling your pasta according to package instructions and add 1-2 minutes to the cook time. We want the pasta to be a little bit softer than Al-dente. Trust me on this.
  • Meanwhile in a large mixing bowl, mix together the chopped broccoli, red onion, tuna, green onions, mayo and season with salt and pepper.
  • After pasta is cooked, in a colander rinse with cold water until pasta is cold. Strain out the excess water and pour pasta into mixing bowl along with the rest of your ingredients. Mix until each noodle is covered in mayo. Feel free to add more to your liking.
  • Chill for 30 minutes or if you're impatient like me, you may serve immediately but the taste may not be as settled. Enjoy!
