Earl Grey Milk Tea. Warm, flavourful and vegan.  A wonderful milk tea that accentuates the bergamot tea flavour.  Heavily steeped in milk similar to Hong Kong Milk Tea

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ½ cups oat milk or nut milk of choice
  • 2 tsp loose leaf Earl Grey tea or 1 tea bag
  • 1.5 tsp sugar optional, for desired sweetness

Instructions
 

  • In a small pot, pour in milk, cane sugar (optional), tea strainer with tea leaves inside (or tea bag). Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer for 5 minutes until milk is brown.  Remove the tea strainer or tea bag.  Pour milk tea into your mug and enjoy!
