Chinese Five Spice Taters. Savoury with a delicious Asian twist. Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Perfect as a side dish. Takes only 5 ingredients.

10 yellow potatoes peeled and diced ½ tsp salt 1 tsp Chinese Five Spice Powder ½ tsp garlic powder 2 tbsp avocado oil Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spread your taters evenly on your baking sheet. Sprinkle salt, garlic powder and chinese five spice on top. Drizzle avocado oil over top.
Using your hands, massage spices and oils into each tater until evenly coated.
Bake in the middle rack for 30 minutes until golden crispy brown.
