Chinese Five Spice Taters. Golden brown roasted potatoes with a delicious Asian spice. These are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. An easy and simple potato dish using minimal ingredients!

  • Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
  • Peel and dice potatoes into cubes.
  • Spread diced potatoes evenly on a large baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle salt, garlic powder and chinese five spice on top. Drizzle vegetable oil on top.
  • Using your hands, massage spices and oils into each tater until evenly coated.
  • Bake in the middle rack for 30 minutes until golden crispy brown. No need to flip halfway unless you wish to.
