Chinese Five Spice Taters. Golden brown roasted potatoes with a delicious Asian spice. These are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. An easy and simple potato dish using minimal ingredients!

Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Peel and dice potatoes into cubes.
Spread diced potatoes evenly on a large baking sheet. Evenly sprinkle salt, garlic powder and chinese five spice on top. Drizzle vegetable oil on top.
Using your hands, massage spices and oils into each tater until evenly coated.
Bake in the middle rack for 30 minutes until golden crispy brown. No need to flip halfway unless you wish to.
